It often results in wasted hours sifting through unsuitable applications and leaving endless messages for potential candidates who rarely call back!
Both economical and timesaving, our permanent recruitment service is essential. We know where to, and how to attract the right applicants for you. Once pre-screened and thoroughly vetted, suitable candidates would be passed through for interview at a previously arranged time. We manage all candidate processes prior to introducing them to you.
Depending on your requirements, we can process candidates from non-experienced through to complex trained professionals. Fees are based on an agreed percentage of the salary offered.

If you would like to fill a permanent position but are struggling to find the right person to fit into your organisation, Temp to Perm may be the answer. If an agency member has been engaged on assignment with you and you are thinking of offering them a position (but are not 100% ready to commit), an extended hire could be the answer. Again, assuming the worker is happy to proceed, we would engage in a temp to perm period which would end with the worker becoming a permanent member of your team. During the extension, if they do not fit in or your circumstances change, they simply stay on our team and can be deployed to our other clients. The fee for this is built into the period of extended hire that will be agreed at the start of the hire period.
Permanent Recruitment fees can vary dependent on individual client settings and final salary offered so please speak to one of our team who will be happy to help with the options. A full job description and disclosure of salary and entitlements will be needed.

Agency worker transfers can be successful when a worker has become familiar with your setting through temporary assignments. Most agency members enjoy the flexibility of agency life and would rather not be tied to a single role.
However, needs do change and sometimes workers are tempted to seek permanent employment with our clients. As you have benefitted from the experience of working with them already and the knowledge that they are fully trained and compliant, a transfer can sometimes be a consideration.
Assuming the worker is happy to go ahead, we can set a date for permanent transfer once the workers agency work commitments are over, this is usually within two weeks. A single fee will be payable on completion.
