Our History

Take Five Healthcare was founded in 2015 by Steve and Carole, and remains family-run today. It began with a simple idea: that providers deserve an agency that answers the phone, knows their service, and tells them the truth about what it can cover.

More than a decade later, we have supported over 400 care settings across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. Our focus has always been the match: understanding the setting, the role and the people being supported, so the person who arrives is right for the service.

That principle still shapes how we work. We combine honest communication with the responsiveness and capacity care providers need when staffing pressures change.
