Job Description

With continuous growth and increasing demand for personalised home-based support, we are now expanding our network of dedicated Health & Social Care professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a rewarding Live in Carer role – offering long-term consistency, genuine connection, and the chance to make a lasting difference in someone’s life.

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Live in Carers to support vulnerable adults in their own homes across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. You will play a vital role in maintaining each client’s independence, dignity, and quality of life – providing support with personal care, companionship, and help with everyday tasks.

This is a fulfilling role, ideal for carers who enjoy building meaningful one-to-one relationships and working independently while being backed by a supportive team.

  • Monitoring and recording wellbeing and reporting changes as appropriate
  • Respecting privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries at all times

  • Show empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

  • Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries

  • Are flexible, adaptable, and willing to tailor care to each client’s preferences
